Uploading photos

Hi All,
Have just acquired a Humax rec, everything working OK, a superb piece of kit, just one small problem, how do I upload photos and videos from my flash drive, I have read the instruction manual from front to back, but I am still stumped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Which Humax receiver? I think it's only the HDR you can do this on.
