Urgent Help required dreambox 500-S .

I got dreambox 500-S running from one month with out any problem but from last 1 week it keep disconnecting from Internet. then i have to reboot the dj box then it OK but there is no fix time for this .it happened some time twice a day.

my set up is i got clone modem running via Net gear Router, Dm500-S is connected with Router and strange thing is, the time i lose connection between dm500-s and Internet ,my laptop working fine with Internet so real i cant blame its my modem playing up.
PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
any help will be appreciated. MANY THANKS
 
What is running in the dreambox ?

Image, cams and whatever !

IN NETWORK ENABLE NETWORK IS TICKED, DHCP IS UN-TICK AND THE LAST DIGIT OF BOX IP IS 21 WHILE ROUTER IP END WITH 2. AND I TRIED TO CHANGED WITH DIFFRENTS WELL BUT NO JOY M8.

IS THAT IS COMON PROBLEM WITH BOXES?Cccam? OR IMAGE?

DO I HAVE TO SET LONG WITH BOX ALL THE TIME AND KEEP REBOOT IT? I AM REALY WORRIED WITH THIS ISSUE
 
CCCam could be a problem for some boxes, upload latest version with newcs included.
 
i have down lod new pli image with 2.011 Cccam on it and still it disconect when it want . m8
 
It's likely this problem is a software issue, but having said that if your 500 is a clone, which is likely, then it could simply be low quality hardware failure.

If I was you I'd swap to a Nabilo image and run the latest CCcam. Perhaps carry out a flash delete with Dreamup.
 
what nabilo image i need m8 for dm500-s ( cloned )?
i dont want it become brick after as i heard. may be its wrong
will give me any link to download latest nabilo image for it please.thanks
 
Try Nabilo DarkstarII, A google should find it quickly and it wont brick your box.
 
i did share with some one on site and he got Cccam 2.1.0 and some one told me he shared with Cccam2.1.0 and he got same sort of problem and he delete that share and problem go away. is that can be possible?
 
No I don´t think so, try to upgrade the box as said earlier in this post.

I know one guy that had this problem, he cut the power for an hour every night but then he upgraded and all was back to normal. So try that first.
