Can you get free mature content channels in Los Angeles area? If yes what are the parameters? Thanks

Your question is certainly straight to the point, as this is a predominantly European based forum unfortunately unless we know what satellites you can receive over the pond in the USA you are unlike to get a response other than hello.
For a list of sats viewable from your side of the globe click here My understanding is that at the moment not a lot is open on either side of the pond

No chance - they are on the European beam.
 
Loads of stuff is open in the States ATM - Nagra 2 is AU I believe!

ATM = at the moment

Nagra 2 = the encryption used

AU is auto update.

Autoroll is normally used in NA. So if you want to be able to auto update your keys, look for autoroll files.

You need to be looking on some stateside forums, as they are setup for these channels, they also use different terms, as in over here "Free to air" means exactly that, in the states it means something entirely different.

Also, our server is based in the states and we don't want to run foul of any of the US providers, it'll cost us too much.
