If you want to connect a pcmcia device but don't have a slot, is there an adaptor?

Can't see anything on Lindy or fleabay.

I have a PCI to PCMCIA adapter, works quite well. :)

I have a PCMCIA MMC/SD/SM/Memory Stick card reader that came with a USB to PCMCIA adaptor. However, I don't know if it will work with other PCMCIA cards though...

It's similar to this one:

The card's different, but the USB adaptor is identical to mine...
