STARSAT X650CI

Hello I have a starsat x-650ci super
i have a huge pine usb-rs232 cable and normal female female null modem cable used before when i had a serial port
The com-port is 4
i always use simpleupload2 a message comes up and it says "hangup"
What is that hangup??????

to update ur receiver viausb to rs232 u must open the female to female cable and chnge the way the wires are connected so to get this wiring system picture go to www.satdw.com and you can can dowload the loader and the new software update by the way i followed the steps they give you on the website and everything perfectly worked.if you need any other help dont hesitate to post pack to me regars ghassooon
