using the sky box

My Satellite Setup
1.25 mter dish
pace analogue at moment
hi I ve got a sky digi box linked to a fixed dish on

the wall

I ve also got a 1 .2 meter dish outside set on astra for the german analogue channels

do you think I could plug the 1 . 2 meter dish into the sky box and pick up some free foreign digi channels ?

the sky box seems so fixed all the numbers specified to each channel

could I rearrange or will I only get one channel at a time

also what number should I tune in ?

You wont pick any more on your 1.2 dish as the tuner in the digibox only tunes in 22000 & 27500 freq. Pick up another receiver and connect it up to your 1.2 dish. You migh need to change your lnb as well, to get the most out of it.

Im using a pace analogue box with the 1.5 meter dish I think theres a universal LNB on the end of the dish

would you recomend any particular digi box

maybe with a view to getting cards and maybe codes off the net ?

Your lnb might not be able to get some frequences. There not that expensive anyway. As for a receiver now thats a hard one. It all depends on your pocket. I have a dreambox 7000s and happy enough with it. A bit hard to set up if your not computer minded. Technomate is also a good one. Have a look around on the forum and ask in the section there.
