Dear SatsUK community,

I have recently acquired a 1.8m Prodelin dish with a Venture MA-813B-18R actuator.

Unfortunately, not event the manufacturer was able to provide a wiring diagram or recommendation for a controller.
The only thing they sent me was a 1 page document with very brief information and the dimensions.

I have attached the PDF document and pictures of my setup and hope that someone can help me in finding out how to wire it up and which standalone actuator controllers are suitable.

Building a controller on my own with a Siemens Logo! UPS or similar could also be worth a try the only thing I am missing out is a wiring diagram.

Thanks!

Excellent Satfaca, i can confirm also that it is very hard to find this info on the www.
@ /dev/ttyS0 , I run a Venture MA-818B36 actuator here in the UK, i couldn't quickly find the info on the connection diagram and was going to take the cover off of mine in the morning to pass on the wiring details for you - Satfaca came to the rescue. There are a few of us running Venture actuators here in the UK on this forum and we use Research Concepts RC2000 antenna controllers to do the moving.

I still use M140 for dual-axis control. Very convenient … with RC in hand.

I was going to dig out the paper copy of the wiring diagram that came with my Venture, but no need now..
