if i get a cam will it have to be programed or anythin or can i just put a viacces card in it to work new to this lot cans ect thanks guys :confused:
 
Just stick the card in.Make sure its the latest version cam.
 
if its not the latest version can i upgrade it to the latest version its a red cam thanks whats the latest virsion
 
A black cam is viaccess 1 and TPS crypt.

Software exists however to switch it to Conax and we have heard of this being converted to Cryptoworks too (can't be programmed via laptop)

Good Morning,
I have read this message and would be most grateful if you will kindly study the possibility of giving me your advice as in what ways I can modify my Simba 202 S V2 (witn embedded Viaccess 2.5 & Mediaguard 2) .I am prepared to give you the applications and version etc- upon your request.

I am living in the small island of Mauritius(Indian Ocean) 57.5* East/20.23* South. Because we are under the equator, there are not so many transponders pointing southwards( W 3, W 2, W.4,Panamasat 10).

Which sites you would recommend me to visit to get a broader knowledge.
