viacess help

My Location
PORTUGAL
im in portugal and i have a dish pointed on to astra 2 28.2 and i get all the chanels that arent scrambled can any one tell me how can i see the other channels that are coded viacess what receptor do i need to get and what software do i need to put in it in order to see the viacess channels . thank`s

Thread moved to appropriate section - 28E uses Videoguard not viaccess.
