These channels are on the sirius nordic beam but does anyone know what they are for? I would guess PPV but as someone in Estonia with a legitmit card cannot open them I am not sure.

Usually there is nothing on them. I think they use them for testing.

I would think they're portal channels, opening up for sports events (football etc.)

Yes... these channels are used for sport events such as Champions League, European Basketball Championships etc.
