Viasat Ticket?

Is it true that it's only possible to watch VIASAT TICKET (from Sirius 3 - 5 degree east) with a Humax or Nokia receiver?
 
No it isn't Dockerslund, should be able to watch on any receiver with the appropriate CAM and card.

I just don't understand why I was able to watch TV1000, Cinema etc. with a goldcard...but not Viasat Ticket.
