Personally, I think this ad is so short I wouldn't have time to complain - but it seems that lots of Argentinians have - OK, it was twenty at the last count.

Its said that advertisers generally concentrate on the solution rather than the problem - what do you think?

That's interesting, the dialogue is completely different on the english version. :)

I quite like these banned ones as well:

Plot missed rolf.

Current campaigns are still ramming the Linx/Axe effect home: i.e., spray the gastly stuff on and yous pulls gorgeous tottie (doesn't work with mature content people).

The campaign in Argentina looks at the problem - erm, rather directly.

Unilever (my assumption) have clearly recognised that folks are seeing through their pointless sexed'up advertising - because anyone dumb enough to use this product wouldn't have a cat in hells chance of pulling.

Humour is the first and last recourse in advertising and this one is clever and brilliant.;)

Notes:

1). There is NO product enjoyment/satisfaction shot (as found in the Linx effect spots).

2). He already has the hot chick - he just sweats buckets/fountains.

3). I reckon they will air that in the UK with subtitles (the foreign factor takes the edge off of that dirty factor ;-))

Or, LOL, it will air in the UK on one of those 'funny ads from around the world' shows *wink*

No, haven't missed the plot Mark, as I said above, the advert is different in the UK version currently showing, same shots, just different dialogue.

Did look for a video with the english sound track, but couldn't find one.

UUuumm. I haven't seen a UK version [read: I do skip most commercials these days]. Sorry for the confusion on my part. When you say in English is it a dubbed version? .
