video and audio of channels on a certain frequency keep lagging, any help, what to do?

i've a router and im subscribed to a package. certain channels (Aljazeera Sports from +6 to +10) keep lagging and that's been going for a while, i looked up for any frquency changes but there weren't, i tried to slightly change it and nothing worked. check the uploaded pictures to relate.
any help?

You mention a router - are you on a key share / card share package?

Because this is a typical card share problem. The picture is interrupted when the keys are slow to update over the internet because the key server is grossly overloaded by the criminal scum that run them.

The fix it to buy a legitimate subscription to the package.

i am, but there are plenty of other channels work perfectly fine, the problem is with a certain frequency only

it works perfectly fine with all the ppl i know, i guess it has something to do with the dish, lnb, i don't know. isn't there any troubleshooting to do?

Sorry my friend but help with card share problems are strictly forbidden on this forum as its illegal.

Buy a proper subscription and all your problems will disappear.

Please do not ask any more questions about card share problems here, although we are always happy to help with other problems. Contact your card share provider for further help, although I rather suspect no they have your money they wont be interested in helping you.
