Rigged up a Vision V80-100 dish prior to going out. Looks and performs remarkably well and similar to that of the Gibertini 104cm. Heavy duty galvanised rear mounting brackets with a snap-down-and-lock boom arm.

Impressed.

What sort of price indicator are we looking at?

Is there a brace of some sort to prevent distortion of the back plate when the wing nuts are tightened over-enthusiastically? (Like on the larger Triaxes)

It's actually quite solid. You'd get change out of £50 :D

is the dish made of steel ?

Don't like the look of the pole mounting bracket, looks to be too narrow for good mounting on a 2" mast.

I've installed a couple of these now and they're a delight from an installers point of view.

I would prefer the 1m aluminum Gibertini, which is the same price.

If the Vision were £25 less it would be good for fixed installations.

I would replace the wing nuts with serrated hex nuts because I find it much easier on the fingers to use two spanners.
