I have a visionDTV sat pc card installed on my computer with a fixed winegard 76 cm dish satellite. But , I receive a signal level of 80% while quality remains 0%. Moreover, when I start the program, I receive a message saying: "Setting Error! fail to play rhe program". Can anybody help me please?

If you are getting a zero quality reading, then it is probably your transponder information which is incorrect.

You need to look at www.lyngsat.com, find your satellite in the list and select a transponder which you know can be received. If tit isn't in the list, then your software shoiuld have an add ot edit function.

Even when I enter the correct transponder value, the quality level still remains at zero. What else could I question? please!!!

hi,
I have the same card as you pasket.Try to update your transpoder list using the "e" button on main control panel and clicking on "update satelitte list".Perhaps you have wrong setup for your lnb.Be sure you have selected the right lnb type (normal, universal, custom) and check if your lnb is digital compatible...

see you

Your Dish isn't positioned correctly, or your LNB degree isn't correct(turn your LNB around its axis).
