Vivacom Channels on 13East

I am having a hard time in downloading Vivacom new channels on Sat 13East
When I try to Scan their Frequencies I get a response ''Nothing to scan although
I can see the Signal (and quite strong too) Also when I try to open them
through a Channels list (which I have presently in my Receiver) I get the answer
''Service not found SID not found in Pat''
Now these Vivacom channels are also to be found on 45East although
having different freqs from these on 13East and I have no difficulty
whatsoever in opening these.
I simply cannot figure out this.

The frequencies on 13 E are still active but they are "empty" : no channels are transmitted


That's why you cannot tune any channel.

you 'll get them on 1.9E ,pretty easy to catch here in South France

What is the foot print for these Vivacom channels on 13East cause presently
I have no signal for these channels.

Focused mainly on Bulgaria, you have to request a more accurate foot print from Eutelsat or find it on the Eutelsat extranet.

they fluctuate on a day(weaker)/night(stronger) basis.
I use them to fine-tune Hotbird,very convenient!
and the 2 folk channels are quite fun to watch!
