VLC help

installed a hard drive today which is working fine, however i cant connected the server to my pc to stream my divx now and it was fine this morning, my ip setting are correct, i can connect useing dream box edit and i can view youtube ect through my dm800

What image are you using on your dreambox and what errors are you getting when you try to stream Divx?
I was having similar problems last week but upgraded to Backhole v012 and its all good now

using same image as you, when i open VLC and select view/add interface/web interface it works only when i do this, im using vlc 1.0.5 and i've added the extra code --intf wxwin --extraintf=http for target in my desktop shortcut.
