Music channel scrambled in NDS Videoguard as part of the Sky Italia package. Transmits in Italian although much of the music output seems to be in English

Help! I wish to subscribe to VOCE Italian channel or unscramble it. SKY UK didn't want to know, even though it is part of the Sky Italian Package (I have SKY). I receive Hotbird 13e via my Technomate TM 6900HD COMBO box to my Panasonic HD TV.
I ma not very technical but can you advise please. I can get the Technomate /Satellite fitter to help me.
