My Satellite Setup

I have a Truman Gold receiver which is similar to the StarSat Super 3500.
I've tried updating the software on the receiver today from my PC using a Serial Cable (Female-Female).

The thing is, when I click on "start update" I get a message "waiting B00B" which has a small ok button beside it. I press ok, and then nothing happens..

Any Ideas?
 
Connect the receiver with PC
power off the receiver from the button on the back of receiver
run the update loader on pc it will show waiting BOOB :) popup
power on the receiver
click the ok button on the waiting boob window
it will start loading the software
