experts, i wants to buy a new mpeg4 receiver with capable to decode the seeca2 card, plz any one advice me !

yeh i m from india, if u guide me the ri8 receiver for me then i can buy even its available any where in the world!, thankx for the reply!

True, but different parts of the world sometimes have different standards.

Maybe, but if the transmitting standard is different then you won't get a signal to unscramble!

I knew that that Europe uses DVB but reading Wikipedia I've discovered that, amongst others, North America uses ATSC and Japan/South America uses ISDB.
