Hi ,
I would like to buy a DM500s but after looking on the net I'm a bit worried about ending up with a cheap clone, I live in Tenerife so need a supplier who will deliver to me.

According to the manufacturer,

"Production of the Dreambox DM500-S has been discontinued as of June 2007.
It was replaced by the new model DM500+."

I`m not sure if the 500+ has been cloned as yet, but if the price seems to good to be true, then it usually is !

Try "Demon Multimedia" in Gandia. The "Flybox" does everything the DM500S does/did and is built as that receiver not a cloned 500 (if you get my drift?

At that price, along with the fact that the DM-500 is out of production, they are almost certainly clones.
