I have had a Techno Line weather station since june.It is working fine. The problem that I have is with the computer software.I use weatherstation pro WS2800.
Every thing is fine Except that every time the computer reboots I have to reset the templates I need to find out how to save the current setup.
I have had a good look around the internet. I have not found the answer.I know that at least one member has a weather station perhaps there are more .Maybe someone has the answer.

I don't use that program, I use one called "Weather Display" it's not free, but I don't have any problems when restarting or turning the computer on.

One problem is that I don't see a setting for your type of weather station in it's settings, you could go to their web site and post a question on how to possibly set it up. What model number is the weather station?

Code:
https://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php

The weathercenter is Techno line WS2816.Software used is Weatherstation pro WS2800 .There does not look to be a setting to save the current setup.I will have a look at that website that you posted.
Edit it is bad enough windows rebooting.I have a nasty habit of killing the program with the cross top right instead of minmising it

Our station stopped a fortnight ago owing to the outside sensor nipple freezing.

Brass monkey weather apparently.

@pontiend. Ive just set up a similar station here. I also find it doesnt auto restart when the software is shut down. However the quick way to restart it is just to resynch it with HWP..

Press the down (rain) button on the main display & hold until it beeps. In HWP click on Extras then resynch. After a couple of seconds it will restart.

I think part of the problem with HWP is its pretty archaic software now - the date stamp on it is 2010, and thats WinXP era! I refuse to support any such ancient software at work - I'll try to get it working but there is never any guarantees. If I cant find out how to get it to work on win10 then its withdrawn & the staffmember is told to go & find another way of doing whatever it was they were trying to do.

The software is a bit stroppy.it takes a few clicks on view to get the templates files showing.Once they are listed it is just a matter of double clicking on each one to get them back onto the bar at the top.
My main problem was that I kept clicking on the kill cross top right.I cured that by sticking a bit of tape over it.That reminds me to close it using the icon on the task bar.
