Weird problem with certain TP at 105.5E

My Satellite Setup
Covering 30W-105.5E range, two motors, C and Ku band. Various receivers/cards/cams/etc.
My Location
Republic of Georgia
During a day, I experience short (10-25min) outages on TP 10H (4000H, SR 26850, FEC 7/8). While in other time period signal is OK from that TP (check attached picture), sometimes it's completely gone, while other transponders are working OK. Can anyone monitor this TP for a while, to check, wherever it has such problems or not?

Have you tried testing the levels on transponder 6H which have the same polarity/SR and FEC, it might eliminate a frequency issue, and therefore put things into a receiver tuner/demod issue rather than something to do with the uplink.
 
Yes I tried. When this transponder is gone, others, with nearby freq/fec/polarisation all are ok.
 
I've very finely adjusted LNB skew and now I have different results. Problem is still there:
