SR-X1500DSuper-MK11
am losing tV Cabo can any bady know whati is problem or they chang Key ? pls help if any bady know

after i put new softwear 19 March :

in sr-x1500d Super Mk11 tv cabo cen't open i chang the key but nothing can any bady help me to fix that problem pls
