what card do i need?

Can sameone tell me what card i need to get crytoworks. i know i can get it with a op*s card. But can i get it with any other card. Thanks
 
The Penta VR3 will also open the UPC package on 19E, however, I'm not sure weather it opens DigiTurk on 7E.
