What do I need for DigitAlb?

My Satellite Setup
aOpen MiniPc 2.16 Core Duo, 512Mb, rubbish graphics with TechnoTrend S2-3600
My Location
Stretham, Cambridgeshire, Uk
So I almost have a setup for receiving BBC HD from my current Sky Dish, but have been looking at other options including a motorised dish. I was wondering what I would need for DigitAlb it seems to show new movies and has an english soundtrack.

The setup is using a PC, so if I need to buy the card how do I go about using it in my PC?

you would have to buy one of the pc satellite cards that will take a conax cam for a digitalb card to work
 
I read that you could get english-only versions of digitalb. How do I access that? I'm tired of Albanian subtitles...
