What does "bouquet" mean?

Hi guys,
I've read DVB-SI document and I wonder about "bouquet" term.
Here is a definition in that document:
bouquet: collection of services marketed as a single entity

Can someone explain :
+ "Who is a millionaire" which has a series of episodes is called "bouquet"?
+ "Champion league" which also has a series of episodes is called "bouquet"?

That definition is correct, for example Sky have a number of bouquets depending on what level of subscription you can afford. see below

No these are not examples of bouquets
