What is available to me?

Hi I have just had sky digital installed. It has the option of create new channel by inputting a new frequency. Are there other channels available to me and how do i find them? eg channels from other countries ect

You can find the odd "unofficial",test channels or foreign channels listed on www.lyngsat.com
