Ive menaged to find as cheap copy of the 4th one in the series too - Red Hot Metal so Im waiting for that one to arrive. Havent heard RHM before so that'll be interesting when it arrives.


Anyone else got these / used to have them? They were very popular 18 years or so ago.

I had them on a tape I recorded off myself, I rented the originals from the library. That was quite a few years ago.

I had them on tape as well - loved them.Then the tapes got stretched, or damp from being left in the car, so over the years Ive been filling in some of the holes in my music collection -even when the tapes got chucked out I always kept the insert cards so I knew what Id lost.

Ive recently found the 70s & 80s pop & rock collections that are cheap in Asda (3 4 & 5 cd collections - 2 sets for 9 quid - cant complain at that!) So Ive been buying a few of them as well.

Ive just picked up the Total Rock one - Hard Rock Hallelujah is fab - hard to believe its 10 years since it won Eurovision
