receiver : silvercrest SL65 FTA astra 28.2 ,hispasat 30w .....4way diseqc switch
2meg broadband
My Location
tipperary ireland
i not sure if this is the correct place but could someone tell me what is the best package to get i would like channels that have english sound track like discovery nat geo films etc. and how i would go about it thanks
 
To be honest your best bet is Sky UK :D

Various channels are available with an English soundtrack on packages like Sky Italy, Sky Germany, and some of the Nordic services, but they are going to be vastly more expensive to subscribe to if you have to use a UK based reseller.
