Just had the biggest squall I´ve seen in my 12.5 years in Spain. One minute, 24 and sunny with a light breeze, next minute 18 with rain/hail and wind that moved all my 3 spare 110´s across the garden!

Sad news today. My eldest dog Tzigane has become increasingly ill during this week. It looked to have all the symptoms of dementia but when the vet came today she said she'd had a major stroke. She'd become disorientated, wandering round in circles and didn't recognise me. So I made the very tough decision to have her put to sleep. RIP Tziggy...February 2002 to May 2015...

My heart is with you, just remember the good times, although I know at the moment it is hard to do that.

Gutted for you Pete ...
Let no one say you don't get seriously attached to pets particularly dogs ..
I swore I'd never have another dog after I lost Dizzy to heart failure ...
It felt like I'd lost my best friend.
My heart goes out to you buddy ...
but take heart from knowing you did her a kindness though it wont feel like it just now.

Probably not the best time to say this, but, for a sub atomic particle you seem to have found a heart! We all knew you had one!

I think we should have a " Lost Friends " thread, so they can all be together, not alone.

Not sure what an appropriate title would be,

Well they were never pets, not a single one of them had been named, but as of last night we have no chickens or ducks left. A fox got into the bird shed and killed every last one of them, 15 chickens + 1 cockerel and 1 duck + 1 drake. It's been a very subdued day all told.

I really can't understand how people can feed foxes when they create carnage like this.
