what would be the best technomate box to get Globo

hi guys good afternoon, I am living in Ireland at moment, a freind of mine has the globo channel in his house, he has the technomate 500 linux, my question is can i get any tecnomate box that could get the globo channels and record the same as sky box + , I will appreciate any help.
