the BBC bring back Radios 1 and 3 to transponder 38 on Astra 2B and exchange them with BBCi channels currently there.Are there any restrictions?Wouldn't cause any technical problems I suppose...

Yes they could do it, but I think that they've probably done most of the swapping around that they feel is necessary.

But why should they bother? They only care about listeners in the UK, who
can receive ALL channels with no problems.

Well, they shouldn't have bothered replacing Radio 2 and 4FM in the first place.But they did it after all. Why are those better than Radio 1 and 3?Or should I ask:why skip Radio 1 and 3?
