Whats going on at 20 East ?

...Scanned Arabsat 5C this morning at 20 East ...and both the Arabsat Muxes at 3934 L and 3884 R
plus the Qatari mux at 4054 L

appear to have vanished ?
Can anyone confirm ..
Technical faults ...reduced power/coverage...or simply closures ?
This bird and these muxes haven't been around that long ...
Certainly these are major changes in a relatively short time.

....Hmm ...that was most odd ...
All back now and booming in at over 12db
Guess I caught a brief outage.
Now to check 30 East again.

Nope ...RTM_Laayoune still absent ...
I guess this one really has gone..
