Hi, just got a sat between 15w and 30w with the following channels. INS EUROPE, SERVICE ONE, STEIWER TV and REUTERS WNS. Does anyone know what sat this is?

Probably NSS7 at 22W.
Loads of feeds on this satellite.

Reuters is in Videoguard, so no chance!
canal+ Horizons , well the Ku band transmission is on a west african beam, so no chance for you in mexico. The C-band transmissions seem to be in Seca 1 so possibly. If there are keys they will be on the usual key sites.
