You probably need a few extra options there Salty, although I quite like a couple of the three, they would certainly not be my first choice. :)

Out of the 3 choices - bacon sarnie every time.

(If you ask a vegetarian what food they miss most - the answer is likely to be bacon sarnies... :D)

I know people would say that. The point of this poll was to force an opinion out of you :D . If I put, say Roast Dinner on there, everyone would definitely gone for that... toooooo easy!

Ahh, but you fall then into the same trap that they do in the multiple choice surveys/questionaires in magazines, they ask what your response would be to a certain circumstance, then give you three or four options, none of which would apply. I never complete these type of surveys, as they do not achieve anything valid, because people are being forced to tick something which would not in real life be a choice. ;)

PS. You also have to bear in mind that a high percentage of our members may not have ever eaten at least two out of three choices. :)

Very good point :-applause if you were, however, to imagine that these were the only three options presented to you on a menu after a hunger strike, would this not maintain the polls validity, in that it is an preferrence between those three options ONLY.

With only three choices I felt compelled to go for the Bacon Sandwich, must admit that I would have liked a fried egg with it though!

Can I add a bit of milk and butter to the eggs ?

I would vote for scrambled egg on toast if it was there, but the bacon sarnie is a close second.

Bacon sarnie in italics? umm.

I can't think of anything more hidious than honey on toast. Actually honey on/in most things makes me gip: save for a herbal infusion or roast duck.

Mind, I used to endulge in early-hour sugar on bread sarnies as a kid - till my teeth fell started rotting.

Mark's poll would have been: Toasted BLT - light on the brown sauce, Honey with baby-dribble-sick on toast, and WTF?

Brown sauce gets my vote anyday; albeit, I recall Daddies being a better taste but a bit runnier than HP.

Mark.
