Satstore is an approved Dream Retailer so i doubt if they will be clones :-lmao

I have bought a fairly sheep clone DM800 box and I've named it Dolly after the first cloned sheep becuase if it continues to cause me grief it's life expectancy is also going to be much less than that of an original, just like Dolly!

Funnily enough after Dolly was cloned, a Korean bloke called Hwang Woo-Suk (no joke!) got hold of the idea and tried to clone a dog called Snuppy, with a team of 45 people working on it he had 123 goes and only one worked. Equate that to dreamboxes and its bad news if like me you have one of the 122 which didnt seem to make it!

He was later sacked from where he worked because they accused him of breaching the code of bioethics as they suspected him of buying human eggs from the people working for him. So he went off and cloned more dogs, called them all Toppy and sold them to the Korean customs as sniffer dogs.

You never know perhaps he has moved on to Dream Boxes now?

And if you have problems with it I expect you will contact Dreambox hoping to sort it out. At least with the genuine item you can get support and apply pressure if needed. Doubt you can do that with a clone.

i am a new for dmbox had try some clone which version sim is estar3.0 ,but have problem that one of this is aperaring dream multimedia error. i tried to fix it with RS232 with boot loder of theirs but the reciever doesnt respont....

I must have had one of the working ones. Had the original clone from China since early 2010 and it was working perfectly. Even better with the rev M tuner fitted. I believe current clones are pretty stable and most bugs have been ironed out.

None of them are a patch on my Uno though...
 
Today most of them are very stabel, loads (2.x) sll 84b and works with the original drivers.
I have one that I use to test almost every image that comes on the market and they are better by the day !
