Where has the BBC gone? Freesat question

My Mum - who is currenly living in the South of France - has the freesat card in her Panasonic Sky receiver and it was working fine until a few days ago (she doesn't watch TV often) when the BBC channels apparently disappeared. But she still gets ITV, C4, etc, not BBC1,2,3,4 or news.

Have tried getting her to switch the receiver off then on again after an hour or overnight; no joy. Ideas welcome.....
 
The BBC havent gone anywhere! - try getting her to work her way through the BBC's up in the 940's ans see which ones appear, and which ones dont.
 
i doubt its dish size but what dish is she using to recieve it ? as it could be that or i bet the reciever as the bbc channels are free to access no card needed

edit check the bbc channels in the 940's
 
have they disappeared off the epg or is she getting no signal on them ?
