Where is CCCam on DM800?

Hi All

I am hoping you can help me. I am quite familiar with dreamboxes, having had a couple of DM500C's for ages, and more recently a 500S which I have got on great with.

I have just added a new shiney 800HD clone to the family, complete with the great nabilo blackhole image, but am having problems getting my custom cccam.cfg file onto the box. I created it with the awesome cccam key creator by b16mcc, but when it comes to finding it on my box its a no go.

I think the path should be var/etc/ccam but no such folder exists. I am using the latest 2.14 cccam from the downloads menu of the box.

Any Ideas, as I have said I am pretty good on these things but getting frustrated with this one

It goes straight into the etc folder mate.

If the box is connected to the web, just download it from addons. I thought cccam.cfg was in 2.13, but I had to download from within CCcam configs seperately. I used CCcam-Config 19.07.2009 .

Thanks guys for the advice, I wil give these suggestions a go and see how I get on. I will keep you posted on my progress

If you download direct from the server you will see cccam complete or cccam bin only. Complete is the the cam and the config the bin file is just the cam.
