Hi im new to this forum but basically is anyone else missing a channel
ultra Red light tv were broadcasting untill about two weeks ago on Hotbird
along with the italia redlight channel now i can only rx the clear advertising channel for there cards ,the web sites are not helpful and a e-mail responce from them suggested "the channel was off air temp while they improve service"
Hotbird 11.009H 27500. 3/4.- 90cm dish idatrio.
My card supplier saids there is no problum just reinstall ( tried that)

Do I have a problum with my set up or are others also missing this channel?

Same here, ongoing problem with this card.
Works fine most of the time but these blips happen every few months!
Wait and it will return.

I have the same problem, can't get any of the 5 channels but it's happened before and after a few days seems to correct itself.

Have read, Leave on X-Dream tv and wait for update!!!

Thanks guys for the replys

But its now 3 weeks ,my card supplier states he has had no complaints
so tried reinstalling as he suggested ( have a number of times ) even tracked down there sid/vpid and pmt /pcr as well but no luck all i rx is a clear advertising
channel and there web site only replyed once to state "this is tempoary"

I have also found on another web forum that they have ceased broadcasting in the usa? I guss my dealer and then dont want to draw attention to this even
if it turns out to be tempoary as that would effect there card sales.

Try this

Switch off the rx for a few minutes and remove all cams. Then switch on again and tune to X-Dream TV. After a couple of minutes stick in the cam and then after a couple of more minutes put in the card. If using a built in cam then just put in the card a couple of minutes after switching on. With these kinds of cards you often miss the updates if you're not tuned to the channels or the card is not in the receiver.

So you have had some success then jimbo? The channel has moved to xdream transponder then?
I contacted the broadcasters with no replies at all. Doesn't look good really.
