Which CAM for renewing Aljazeera Sports subscription?

Hi all,

I am a perfectly legal subscriber to Aljazeera Sports. Have been using the card for about one year in a Dreambox 800HD, using the Scam software cam. Everything has been working great.

So, now was the time to renew, and instead of bothering my friend in Syria I decided to buy a one year renewal from a guy on eBay. He seems fine too.

However, the problem is to get the card to get the upgrade signal. The guy on ebay is very helpful in having them sent - maximum 6 per day.

So, it did not work with Scam3.59 in the 800HD.

I then tried an older Dreambox with a CI and an Irdeto CAM, which says it is version 01:06, 13 October 2000. This CAM can read the serial off the card and display it, with among other things:

IRDETO - STATUS 00:00
SC: Type 06060
State 0200
Nr 410(and the rest of my serial number)
Program: 0a8f, State 0006
Emm 1fff Sub State: 80 80 80 00 00 00 ... and so on.

Still, it does not seem to get the update signal into my card.

I assume I either need a newer Irdeto 2 CAM, or there is another software CAM that I can use.

Can anyone help?

Well, in the end it worked well with Scam 3.59.

I had been trying for 3 days - and only after posting this thread did it go smoothly with Scam (in Dreambox 800HD).

Is there a way to read the validity period from the card now?

the problem with Events package has Exp ,

I was had same a problem When I add Events package +9 , +10 & HD channels , my card come to life again ,
