Planning to try Norsat 3220 C-Band PLL LNB but I am not very sure how to mount it on an offset 180cm dish. Do I need an offset horn?

The C-band Norsat needs a WR75 flanged feed horn.
You need something like a Chaparral feed horn (www.chaparral.net) or similar to mate to the LNB.
However, the fit of these depends on what dish you are using. The Chaparral feedhorns are primarily intended for (prime-focus) dishes with an f/D of about 0.3-0.4, whereas most offset dishes are 0.5 and higher.
Prodeling and Skyware Global makes feedhorns for WR-75, for example http://www.skywareglobal.com/images/pdf/C-band_RxO_Feed.pdf

What dish are you using?

A C band LNB cannot connect to a WR75 feed of any type, where did you get that information from ?

TBH I don't know, it came from the top of my head.
You are of course right, the interface is a WR(CPR)229.
The Chaparral and the Skyware are WR229 ones.
