Which programmer is best to buy

Hi guy's think i might have posted same before if i have sorry for posting again. i'm looking to buy a programmer but don't know which,Smart card's mostly (gamma)can antone shed some light on this.

I personally would not waste my money on a card programmer as there is very little open at the moment and soon almost everything will be secure, save your money and spend it on something you will get value out of
