Hi I am after a receiver preferably 4k ready with a rj45 port "Network" and CI+ so it will work with tntsat and Francesat Canal+, Freest with a hard drive or USB ports and multiple tuners if possible.....

The Zgemma H9 Twin 4K UHD 2*CI+ seems to meet the requirements are there any others?
 
I think the Vu range might have one or two of them.
 
You could narrow it down with the Duo, seeing as you were looking for the dual tuner.

Then check with others on the CI+ compatibility
