Hello 2old4this

Regarding fixed digital. Which way shall I put the 19.2 / 13.0 cable in to the Diseq switch.
19.2 to LNB1 and 13.0 to LNB2 or vice a versa.

Which way will be correct way?

I have a Global Communications switch.

should make no difference.
The receiver needs simply to know which satellite is being receivers through which LNB. That should be defined somewhere in the setup menu.

Of course, the two LNBs need to be correctly oriented. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere and you are looking outwards from the dish towards the inwards-facing LNBs (and towards the satellites) then the "Astra1" LNB will be on the right, the Hotbird LNB on the left - i.e. the other way around to the apparent position of those sats in the sky (since the signals are reflected obliquely off the dish and hence "cross over").
