i have a reciever STARSAT X200CI plus
and i have an ICECRYPT Cam and a notebook computer..
this notebook have a PCMCIA bus controller.
my Question is: can i use this PCMCIA to program a white card by pluging in the ICECRYPT Cam or not?? and what is the propper way to program a card ???
