I need some information in order to see sport channels (italian, arab, polish or german) on Hotbird.

I have a Dreambox DM500-S. My image is Gemini 4.2. The communication between my DM500 and my PC is working as well as Gemini 4.2 on my DM500.

What should I do next?

Install a softcam (CCcam or Evocmd work well) load the neccessary keys and away you go.

Concentrate on the Polish channels - they are easy to open at the moment.

Most of the Italian stuff is secure scrambled so forget them.

Your dreambox will be able to download and install the latest cams from the gemini server . Use the blue button > blue panel > addons > Gemini server > cams, (from memory). Once suitable cam is installed, try downloading a satankey bundle, there are many great guides in the section above, here is one specifically dealing with the satankey bundle - http://www.satellites.co.uk/satelli...de-installing-satankey-bundle-bz2-format.html
I'm not sure about sports, but this should clear premier, digitv & polsat.

You can also clear T*S & Multi (hotbird) with CCcam 2.0.4 by going to 'france4'.

No problem mate, I have just edited - CCcam should have read 2.0.4. Mgcamd 1.27 is also a recent one, be careful not to install too many emus as the memory is small on a 500, try a couple.

For the download to be active, the DM500 must be linked to the net? If this is the case I cannot push on the blue button as I have only the pc in front of me and no TV. When my DM500 is connected to the sat I can push the blue button and do what you told me but it cannot connect to the gemini server.

Should I have a multiconnection router, pc, sat, tv all together?

I have downloaded the DCC. Strangely it cannot recognize my dream IP. When I do search on the dream IP it gives me a new IP address. Should I use that new IP address for the dream?

I had no problem to connect my DM500 to my network and use dream editor. I chose the IP address for my dream so I am surprised the DCC cannot recogize the dream IP and gives me another IP when pushed the serach button.
