Why cant i see anything

I've got a matrix cam

H/W 1.5
S/W 1.06
Loader 1.0

But i cant see any channels on astra or hotbird

What am i doing worng

Software 1.06 is only a renamed version of 1.055, some versions have been found not to work. what channels are you expecting to see?
