Why exactly is 2D stronger in the morning?

Oh Learned ones,

why exactly is it that fringe reception of 2D varies of the course of the day? :confused:
(I have consistently higher quality reading in the morning than during evening/night)

The period clearly suggests that's it's to do with Earth's rotation, but what is it?
Orbital wobble? Solar radiation?
 
All sorts of factors: Starter for ten - attititude of craft minutely adjusted in order to permit solar panels to gain maximum exposure to the Sun.
