why horizontal frequencies not working?

after a heavy rain inveto lnb just receiving vertical frequencies not horizontal. it seems that rain entered to main part of lnb so it doesnt work well. what is solution?
 
If water got into the LNB, and your only getting the vertical transponders, then it's shorting something out inside the LNB, shut down the receiver (unplug it from the wall AC power) or you may need to buy a new one also.
